At Titan13Toy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
